This is a project I've been kicking around for a year or so... I was trying to get it finished for a model show but just couldn't.

I've been slowly going thru the posts on this thread and learning alot. You people have some great ideas! Makes me want to step up and finish the kit. I have to seriously start learning to use my airbrush.

BTW, the landing gear and female pilot are from MMI. Nice castings.

I am planning to have it as Athena's viper.

One of these days.

WOW dbsh I don't look at this thread as much as I should and am always amazed at what new idea's come up but yours has me going "well, that looks amazing" and again i'm gonna have to think about doing something on mine...including building it!

*grumbles*...I was looking over my Viper today, the cold and damp in the garage made some of the putty crack..plus, the nice decals that I was given for this project have gone..along with a missing tube of glue and half a bottle of red paint, and a messed up expensive paint brush..all due to my 12 year old son being grounded, bored and thinking for some reason he had the right to play with my supplies..*grumbles more*
