My parts came in yesterday from 79 Daytona (Thanks again) so I hope to get started back on this tonight.

QUESTION:

Admitting to no real knowledge of this show and it's craft lemme ask- what's available in the way of 'heavy ordnance'? Would it just be more 'cannons' or is there anything like big ass bombs for terrestrial runs?

Pondering a 'heavy bomber' and wondering what "works"?

Anything goes, use any ordnance you want. The only rule for the group build is to have fun!

So I got the replacement parts and I started to rebuild and do some extra painting while I was at it. I hope you guys enjoy the pics because it was a pain in the ass.

Drilled this hole wider to fit all the wires:

Added the stipe to this because I overlooked it (dumbass):

Decals:

fixed the weathering on this part a bit:

One decal on. For some reason, they keep falling off. Oh well.

A bit of pre -wheathering and painting.

Damn these pics look washed. I'll try to take better ones as I keep moving on this.

Try using testors decal setting solution. Brush some on the spot ur putting it on and then once on put anoth coat.

I've gotta agree with Robn1.

The only limit is your imagination.So whether you want to bomb 'em,
blast 'em,or jam a missile up their ass....It's up to you.

I'm thinking of putting a few weapons pylons on my bird.

As a back-story for my bird,"U-boater" spent time planet side flying
CAS,FAC,and assisting in SAR missions in support of Colonial Ground
Forces.So my bird would be equipped to carry external ordnance.

A heavy bomber? Why not?

You can only do so much damage in a strafing run.
