Hello gang.

Well here's a small update of what i've done over the past week , i almost got all the weathering done on the top side i still got some spots i need to tone down just a little but i think its coming out ok. When i get time i'll post some more pic's.

PROGRESS!!!!

As soon as the decals are good and dry, I'll coat with Future and weather it and then a top coat of flat.

Just a couple of days (weeks) and it'll be done!!!

Hmm...my technique of grinding charcoal bricketts down for powder has only left me wanting a steak.....I'll try oil. Cooking oil, right?

You know i never thought about charcoal bricketts may have to give it a try.

Iam useing artist oil color's thinned out with turpentine.

Bah, the charcoal won't stick to anything. At least not for me. Maybe mixed with monkey poo it might stick.

That's the trouble with weathering. A wash requires a gloss finish, powders need flat otherwise they won't stick.

I'm not a fan of washes, I'll be using the airbrush and pastel chalks.

Being a newb at the airbrush, I am reluctant to go swinging it around my viper for weathering. So maybe Future to cover the decals and then flat, then powder....

Hello guys,

Well here's a few quick pic's of a small update before i call it a day i just about got the weathering done on the botten side i still got some touch ups here and there but over all i think its coming out the way i like it.
