Wow, I like that!! I've also got one of those in an incomplete state. My daughter started that one many years ago but she couldn't deal with the seams and the blending needed. I could learn a few things just from your pictures!

Well done!

Well, that's the thing. It WAS many - and I mean MANY - years ago. I inherited it back from her and it's never been completed even after a major move and she's on her own, as children must eventually be. I't's just not that high on my priority list, I'm afraid. But, who knows? I'll need to take a break from starships at some point and bring this one out again! Maybe after the Lindberg Velicorapter pair.

Great job on this big girl (or guy-- hard to tell). I picked up the original issues of this T-Rex and the velociraptor years ago and managed to build the velociraptor. Blending the seams and the legs was a major task and I think I did an okay job with the smaller kit. You've done a very nice job with the legs & arms on your T-Rex! I still have the T-Rex in the box and have never attempted it. One thing that bugged me about these kits was that the lower jaws seemed too small, making them look a little like Simpsons/Futurama versions of dinosaurs. Still, I think they are much better kits than the old Revell (?) and Tamiya dinosaur kits. Thanks for sharing your build!
