B-Wing 1/72

[PetarB]

This is in 1/72 scale. I made a few mistakes, including losing a couple of pieces I was too lazy to scratchbuild. The kit needed a lot of work to get to this stage, including replacement of the canopy and all guns. I also did lots of other bits and pieces like drill all the rivet holes, greeblies, etc.
But at the end of the day I'm reasonably happy with it. I don't have room for a fleet of studio scale models... yet!

Really great looking B-Wing! Did all those little markings come as decals? Or did you make them yourself?
You chose a nice shade of blue-gray for the accents, and the weathering is nicely done.

Three decals only came with the kit - the large circles that appeared on one of the studio models. I wanted all the others, which weren't supplied, so I made them myself. Thanks for all the nice remarks. Working on some pilots for 1/72 scale at the moment, I will post a couple later today I hope.
