1:20 '89 Batwing in Paper

I already have much done on this guy, only started gathering resources over the weekend, and have already nearly half the design finished!

at this scale, it has a 23" wingspan. Here's a peek at the tenative layout.

just about all the parts for the wings are complete, there's over 90 so far for just the stbd. wing.

thats looking great. ive never used that program for anything 3-d seems to work great. need to send that to the STL machine and have it printed out.

I've been a drafter/designer for many many moons now, but this is my first real 3d design in anything!
It would be cool to have it printed thought!

ok with the exception of the winglets and boob things on the underbelly its about all done!
some of the new parts like the canopy and stuff still need to be simplified, but its startin to look great!

well, I dont know if it would make a good candidate for printing!

Over the last week it has been done even more so, but most of the design is geared toward a low-poly finished product, and many of the curves are transformed so that they can be made out of paper.

I would have to rework the design to re-include all the coplex curves for it to come out of a printer looking good!

it would be nice though!
