This is a rather older build I did about 4 years ago. A 22 inch "cut-away" Enterprise kit, the worst ever produced. Inaccurate to the bone. Only with a crap-load of DLM after-market parts was it brought up to some level of accuracy. I added more pronounced "Deflector Line" details per reference pics of the Smithsonian display. Although, in my opinion, what an artist did to that beautiful historical Icon, was not as good as it should have been.

Nav lighting and "Brussard Dome Fan" effect through special frosted Domes. A scratch-built Shuttle Bay, with a tiny "Galileo" type Shuttle on the Bay floor. Lots of added details, and a lot of time went into my first attempt at this Ertl model. The White Rod coupler seen in the pictures was painted black before delivery. These shots were taken before some final details were done.
