Buck Rogers Starfighter

Hi all .. I am a cgi guy ..... not great but not bad .. I have done a few models for the BSG universe and now Buck Rogers ,, here is my effort for the starfighter
. (thanks to the pictures here I was able to fixs a number of errors .. I had to restart this but here is what I did .
I plan on working on the
:Starfighter
:Quadfighter
:Thunderfighter
:Hawks Fighter
:Searcher
:Hanger Deck

BSG:
:Shuttle

well .. I do get caught up in details . it took me a few days to find my best approach .. I have redone the main inner body . to get the slight curve right and I still not happy with it .. but I am getting there ..

A little more done .. scale looks ok .. the cannon place holder look a little big . so I.ll have to rework that

A friend is modelling the exterior ..and looks spot on .. I am going to build the
bay in his mesh .. I have it for scaling :D

I will post updates on the progress here.

I hope to have catwalks and balcony's control room ... 2 .. to look down on the hanger bay .. I have an other www friend who is producing characters to populate the hanger and Starfighters ...

I have in the past built the landing bay for the Galactica . or a possible landing bay ....Version 1 .. it took me almost a Year to get it right as I am still very much an newbe to cgi on the Modelling side .. it all trial and Error
but now I have a system and tools in lightwave that works well for me.
