Who Knew! The Canadians have a Space program! I bought this hit off of a friend. The kit is 1/72 scale. It was simple enough. There was no assembly. The Rocket is one piece. The most difficult thing to do was painting the Red Canadian Maple leaf to the base of the rocket. The kit comes with painting templates that had to be transfered to masking tape. Then the tape had to be cut out and applied to the base of the rocket. It took a couple trys to get the masks applied and then to get the desired effect. It fact I had to strip the model once because I wasn't happy with the Leaves. The decals were done by JBot. Over all I'm hppy with the rockt, but I think It could have turned out better.

Nice work Scott. Most people seem to not finish these, they wimp out while painting the maple Leaf pattern.

And just to clarify this Program is a private one and not government funded. :)

looking good that, it looks like a "Bumper" a V2 variant from NASA's early days.

Ok i just looked Arrow up and it is based on V2 tech so that explains it.

As far as I know only Estes, they do flying models of most (maybe all) of the X-Prize entrants (and you can fly them!!)
